Live text in AI modes, screenshots exactly where you click

  • AI modes show live grey text as words are spoken, then replace it with the accurate AI transcript a few seconds later. The preview is never saved, exported or charged.
  • Screenshots in AI modes stay exactly where you clicked: text spoken before the click stays above the image, and later speech appears below it.
  • Transcript timestamps now follow the video's position, like screenshot timestamps, so clicking any timestamp jumps to the right moment, even if you started mid-video or rewound.
  • AI modes cut audio at natural pauses in speech instead of mid-sentence, so fewer words are split between segments.

More reliable screenshots, clearer transcription feedback

  • Remove unwanted screenshots with the × button, including screenshots in saved transcripts.
  • Capture video screenshots more reliably, even when playback started before opening the side panel or the player changes.
  • In Microphone mode, screenshots stay at the text position visible when you clicked capture; new speech appears below them.
  • Reduced duplicate Microphone passages. Unfinished text stays protected from editing: wait for a pause in speech, or pause the video yourself, then wait for processing to finish.
  • The AI processing indicator returns for each upload, including repeated recording sessions.
  • More reliable video play/pause sync in AI modes, with clearer feedback when a command fails.
  • A larger, labelled Settings button and updated guidance in every interface language.

Add screenshots to your transcript

  • Capture a frame of the video you're watching and drop it right into your transcript, anchored to the moment it happened — just click the camera icon.
  • Export screenshots as embedded images in your Markdown download, or as a text reference everywhere else (plain text, clipboard).
